| Discipline | A discipline notebook will be kept to record student misbehavior. Each student will have a page in the notebook. When a student is asked to sign the notebook he/she will put the date, reason for signing, and sign their name. Signing the notebook is to serve as a warning for the student to stop the misbehavior. A slip explaining why the discipline notebook was signed will be filled out and sent home the same day. If the behavior continues, the student will complete a "Making Good Choices" form that is sent home. This form needs to be signed and returned the next day. If the behavior still continues after parental contact then the student will be referred to the office for further consequences by the principal. A weekly citizenship report is sent home on Mondays that needs to be signed and returned on Tuesdays. |
| Homework | Homework will need to be turned in on time otherwise 20 points will be deducted from the grade on the assignment. If an assignment is not turned in within a week a "0" will be the grade given for that assignment. |
